This post has been long overdue- these are the questions you asked me when I celebrated 200 followers! This is a bit late but I thought it would be great in the New Year as you’d learn some more stuff about me! Let’s goooo!

Taylor’s questions!

What inspired you to become a blogger?

Well. I read Girl Online ages ago and I loved the idea of having a blog and somewhere to share your thoughts! Nobody would judge you and even if they did, I wouldn’t know them in real life so it wouldn’t matter! I wasn’t really aware bloggers existed before then. It’s kinda fitting I was inspired by a book and now I’m a book blogger! Lots of bloggers also inspired me. The ones I can remember at the top of my head are:

• Elm @Just call me Elm or Something 

• Ilsa @A Whisper of Ink

• Regina @Diversion3000

• May @Forever and Everly

• Marie @ Drizzle and Hurricane Books

What tips would you give a new coming blogger?

Just focus on what you want to write and be sociable and nice to other bloggers! They’re more likely to want to get to know you if you’re friendly! And don’t worry too much about followers. If you put yourself out there and post content you love everyone will come flocking to your blog!

Sapphire’s questions!

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

Oooh this is quite an intriguing question! This is pretty hard-I mean invisibility, super speed, flying- who could choose? However, I think my answer to this question has almost always been the same. I would love to have the ability to read minds! This is because I value loyalty a lot and I’d be able to see exactly what people thought of me. If they didn’t like me, I’d just kick ’em out of my life and focus on the people who actually liked me! Yes this sounds really dramatic and OVERBOARD and it is.

What book(s) hooked you on reading?

Hmm… Well. I have a really bad memory like really bad. So you know, I obviously have no idea but it was probably Enid Blyton and her cool mystery books! I found the stories super intriguing and always wanted to solve mysteries for myself! I also would have loved to have a gang and a dog!

Do you have any pets or siblings?

I have one super annoying brother and no pets but I’d love to own a dog or a unicorn!

Where are you from?

I’m Asian and I currently live in the UK but I really want to see new places! I was born in India.

How old are you?

I want to keep my age secret but I am a teenager (don’t worry I’m not a crazy, old rando locked away in a cupboard). I’ll give you a hint to my age…

How did you decide to create a blog and how long have you had it for?

This is quite similar to the first question but I decided to create this blog because I love reading and wanted to share my passion with others! I started posting on June 1st (I think??) so 6 MONTHS?!?!?!? That means it’s been my 6 month anniversary! How crazy is that?! admittedly i did not post all that time and i am sorry

If you could swap lives with any movie, book or TV show character, who would it be?

Oh wow the possibilities are endless! At the top of my head though, I would probably say Katniss from the Hunger Games! I have no proper reason but she was one of the first strong female YA protagonists I read about and she has stayed with me!

El’s questions!

What would be your dream follower number – if that makes sense?

That totally makes sense! I’m just happy with however many people read my blog because as long as they appreciate it and like it, I don’t really mind about the number! Better 100 followers who genuinely interact with you than 50 out of 10,000. Also, if there’s too many, I’d be letting down too many people if I forgot to post and I have a thing about letting down people! I’d say my goal at the moment is 1000 though because it’s just a nice number! 

Daria’s questions!

What was your first experience with blogging? Like, the first month or two months?

Do you want the first, first blogging experience or my first experience with this blog? Eh, I’ll give you my first. I honestly had no idea what I actually wanted to post- I kind of wanted to do cool, funny posts like those YouTube videos that are like ’10 Types of people in school’. Honestly, I think I rushed into it quite a lot, I didn’t come up with a proper name or design or anything. My next blogs were a lot more carefully planned! I went around a couple of blogs saying hi and asking them to check out my blog and maybe give some feedback! I would never do that now and I realise how annoying it must have been but I was super lucky because nobody called me out or anything and everyone was super lovely! Maybe it’s different if you’re a newbie? But I honestly loved the community and even though my first blog went into the trash, I couldn’t leave for good and started another blog!
